General information

PSC 4ECO 250T ECI INTERIOR is a highly efficient insulating, decorative and protective paint for use on the interior surfaces of residential and industrial buildings. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, laid in a single layer that covers micro-cracks. It is fully washable and resistant to dirt, chemicals and C4 and C5 chemical environments. Water-based coating based on acrylic resin filled with microspheres (Swiss patent).

Use on surfaces

All surfaces must be clean and free of efflorescence (salting, dust, dirt, fungus, etc.). Any loose layers not bonded to the substrate should be removed. The surface should be cleaned of loose particles thoroughly enough to prevent it from bonding with the applied coating. Remove oily and greasy dirt using an appropriate preparation. Smooth surfaces should be mechanically matt. After mechanical processing, thoroughly clean the surface of dust using a blower, brush or wash it with water and wait until it is completely dry. A pressure washer can be used to smooth out rough surfaces and remove loose parts. In the case of surfaces undergoing renovation, a detailed assessment of the condition of the substrate is recommended. You should: remove old coatings and all non-durable elements, wash off greasy stains and coatings, in case of difficult and persistent dirt, use sandblasting, in case of fungus, use appropriate fungicide preparations, remove any unevenness using cement or cement-lime plasters before applying the paint, Prime the surface with PSC 4ECO 250T ECB, universal, deep-penetrating primer or PSC 4ECO 250T ECI INTERIOR paint diluted with water in a volume ratio of 1:1

Application

It is very effective in insulating building partitions. The paint can be used to paint mineral substrates: cement-lime plasters, cement plasters, concrete plasters, gypsum plasters, clinker plasters, etc. It is stable, does not produce dust during atmospheric changes and is not toxic. It is ecological and safe for health, which allows it to be used both outdoors and indoors. Reflects up to (TSR) 91 ± 1% of infrared solar radiation. It can be dyed directly in any colour or a water-based paint can be applied to it.
