PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD is a highly efficient, energy-saving and flexible insulation coating. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, laid in a single layer that covers micro-cracks. It is fully washable and resistant to dirt and chemicals. Water-based coating based on acrylic resin filled with microspheres (Swiss patent).

Use on surfaces

PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD can be applied directly to corroded but stable surfaces. The substrate must be cleaned of dirt, dust, old coatings and free from loose parts. The surface should be cleaned of loose particles thoroughly enough to prevent it from bonding with the applied coating. The prepared substrate must be dry (no condensation). Remove oily and greasy parts using an appropriate preparation. It is recommended to mechanically matt smooth surfaces. After mechanical processing, thoroughly clean the surface of dust using a blower, brush or wash it with water and wait until it is completely dry. A pressure washer can be used to smooth out rough surfaces and remove loose parts.

Application

PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD is very effective in insulating building partitions. It is an effective protection against frost penetration and surface condensation of water vapor. The coating is stable and has high adhesion to metals without surface corrosion. It does not create dust during atmospheric changes and is not toxic.

PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD is applied to external and internal walls of industrial and residential building structures. It provides high adhesion to all known materials and acts as a vapor barrier. It is ecological and safe for health, which allows it to be used both outdoors and indoors.

PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD reflects up to 92% of infrared solar radiation. It can be dyed directly in any color or applied with water-based paint.
